Privacy Policy

Ageless is a private, local-first healthy-aging tracker operated by juliluna. This policy explains what information Ageless handles, why it is handled, and the choices available to you.

1. Information you choose to record

Ageless can store information you enter or create in the app, including profile details and goals, meals and drinks, supplements, fasting, hydration, movement, meditation, cognitive exercise, device-use logs, and private photo check-ins.

Local records are stored on your device and the core tracker does not require an account. You can remove local entries and photos from the app or by deleting the app, subject to your device's backup settings.

2. Health and connected-device data

If you choose to connect Apple Health, HealthKit, Health Connect, or another supported service, Ageless accesses only the data types and permissions you approve. Connected data is used to display and summarize your own activity in Ageless. Ageless does not write data back to Apple Health.

Ageless does not use health data for advertising, sell it, or use it to make medical decisions. Connected services can be disconnected from the app or their platform settings.

3. Photos and optional AI features

Photos are optional. Meal photos may be sent to Ageless's processing service when you request meal analysis. The service may use Google Firebase and Google Cloud AI infrastructure to return nutrition observations. Private body, face, and hair check-in photos are treated as personal journal material; any analysis is optional, approximate, and non-diagnostic.

Do not upload photographs or information you do not want processed. Raw photo data is not included in application logs. Paid cloud backup features are opt-in and are available only when you create and use an Ageless account.

4. Accounts, payments, and cloud backup

An account is optional for local tracking. If you create one, Ageless may process your email address or identity information from Google or Apple Sign In, authentication identifiers, entitlement status, purchase records, and cloud-synced data needed to provide the account features you request.

Payments made through Apple are processed by Apple. Ageless receives the transaction information needed to confirm access, not your full payment-card number. Ageless may use Stripe for supported non-iOS purchase flows.

5. Analytics and service providers

Ageless and its marketing site may use Firebase Analytics and similar technical services for product operation, reliability, security, and aggregate usage measurement. Service providers process information only to provide the services we use, under their own terms and privacy policies.

Ageless does not sell personal information or use health data for targeted advertising.

6. Retention and deletion

You can delete local records in the app. You may request deletion of your Ageless account and associated cloud data through the in-app account controls or by contacting hello@juliluna.com. We may retain limited information when necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, or transaction records.

Paid access is provided for a defined 30-day period. If access expires without renewal, cloud-account deletion may be scheduled after the stated grace period. Device-local records remain on your device unless you delete them.

7. Children

Ageless is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. Account creation and paid account features require the user to be at least 18 years old.

8. Changes and contact
