Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ageless, a private, local-first healthy-aging tracker operated by juliluna. By using Ageless, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Ageless helps you record personal health, activity, nutrition, recovery, and reflection information. The service is for personal informational use. It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

2. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the information, photos, and other content you enter. Only upload content you have the right to use and that you are comfortable storing or processing. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device, account credentials, and any connected third-party services.

3. Eligibility

Ageless is intended for adults 18 and older. By creating an account or using paid account features, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Local and account features

Core logging is designed to work without an account and is stored locally on your device. Account features may provide cloud backup, account recovery, and additional insight features. Availability and retention of cloud features depend on your account status and the connected services required to provide them.

5. AI and health information

Optional AI-assisted results are estimates and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not medical or nutritional advice, and should not be used for urgent, diagnostic, medication, or treatment decisions. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

6. Paid 30-day access

Plus and Pro provide access for a defined 30-day period. On iOS, purchases are made through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. On other supported platforms, payment may be processed by an available payment provider.

Unless required by applicable law or the relevant platform's rules, purchases are not refundable. Paid access may continue through the purchased period and may include the account grace-period behavior described in the app and Privacy Policy. We may change pricing or offers for future purchases, with required notice.

7. Prohibited use

You may not misuse Ageless, attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, infringe another person's rights, or use the service to provide medical care to others.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including connected-device integrations and optional AI services. We will use reasonable care to keep the service available, but local records and third-party services may be affected by device failure, operating-system changes, network outages, or other events outside our control.

9. Account deletion and termination

You may stop using Ageless at any time and may request account deletion through the in-app account controls or by contacting hello@juliluna.com. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security reasons, legal requirements, or non-payment. Device-local records remain under your control on your device.
